FLIP PRINSLOO
Senior Attorney and Partner
Flip Prinsloo is a senior Attorney and Partner at Prinsloo Bekker.
His fields of expertise include Commercial Law and Civil litigation.
In his capacity as Conveyancer, he has extensive knowledge of Conveyancing and Property Law. Flip Prinsloo obtained his legal qualifications at the University of Pretoria in 1982 and was admitted as an Attorney in 1984.
Flip is married to Kristell and has 3 children, one of which is also an admitted Attorney. He enjoys hunting and watching sport. He has completed 6 Comrades marathons and also achieved Springbok colours in athletics during 1979 – 1981.
ANTON BEKKER
Senior Attorney and Partner
Anton Bekker is a senior Attorney and Partner at Prinsloo Bekker. His primary areas of expertise include Conveyancing, Property & Development law, Commercial & Corporate Law as well as litigation which are related to these fields of expertise.
He obtained his legal qualifications at the University of Pretoria in 1995 and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1998.
Anton is married to Madeleine. He is an active mountain biker and enjoys participating in endurance and multi stage events such as the Cape Epic, of which he has already completed six events. When time permits, he enjoys reading, good music, cooking as well as wine collecting and tasting.
Lara Hofmeyr
Associate
Lara was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2021 after obtaining her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. She has experience in general litigation, with a focus on civil, commercial, and family law matters. Lara is committed to delivering practical and strategic legal solutions, underpinned by a diligent and client-focused approach. She prioritises clear communication and strives to ensure that her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of the legal process.
Outside of the practice, Lara enjoys spending time with family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle, and enjoying the outdoors.
ELMI PELSER
Associate
Elmi obtained her BComm Law and LLB degrees from North West University Potchefstroom and has been admitted as an Attorney since July 2023.
Specializing in estate law, civil litigation, commercial, corporate litigation, as well as environmental law. She thrives on the challenge of exploring and mastering new areas of law.
Elmi has a deep appreciation for nature and finds joy in spending time outdoors, embracing the tranquility and beauty of the natural world.
